Can your lampshades be used as pendant or ceiling lighting?Updated 25 days ago

Yes, select styles can be used for pendant lighting and our SERPENTIS Overhang Floor Lampstand. These include the Tilia Table, Isabella Standard, and Galanthus Standard Lampshades. 

You would just need to use a spider shade carrier. (Spider shade carrier as seen below). If you've ordered a SERPENTIS Overhang Floor Lampstand, this has already been included in your order.

The lampshade will need to sit on top of the carrier. This means that you want the shade on the cable or lampstand prior to affixing the carrier, so once attached the lampshade can easily be placed onto it. 

To attach the spider shade carrier to a House of Hackney Lampstand, start by unscrewing the top part of the black component on the lampstand. Place the shade carrier onto the exposed section, then screw the black component back together to secure it. With other pendant lighting, it will likely be a similar process. Please refer to the hardware provider of your personal lighting for specific details.
