Certain shipments may require a Tax ID, EORI number, or other forms of information or identification to be shared for clearance purposes. This is standard customs procedure determined by local customs authorities. Rest assured our team will ensure to provide any information we have on file for your order where we can, however dependent on destination, local customs may require this information directly from the receiver and so may reach out directly.
