Your order is typically delivered within 5 working days following the product's specified lead time. The lead time for each item is available on our website and included in your order confirmation.

Deliveries are generally made between 9am and 6pm on business days, excluding public holidays. However, some couriers may deliver slightly outside these hours. 

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please note that tracking is not provided for sample deliveries.
