Which part of the wall should I paint first?Updated 24 days ago

To ensure a cleaner, more professional finish, we recommend starting with the 'picture frame' method.

First, use a smaller brush to paint the edges of the main area, which will prevent accidentally painting over them. Once the border is complete, use a large roller to apply the rest of the paint to the main surface. Roll in different directions and get as close to the edges as possible. Using a mini roller, cross over the edges where you painted the border to help achieve a seamless blend.

It’s crucial to work quickly when blending the border and main area, as the paint will not stay wet for long (open time: 4-8 minutes). Aim to move from cutting in (picture framing) to painting the main section within a couple of minutes. Learn more about our paint 'open time' here.
